Two or more authors of the same work are listed in the order in which they appear with the source. In a bibliography, only the first author's name is inverted (the remaining authors are not inverted).

For a source by four or more authors, you would still list all the author's names in the bibliography. However, in the footnotes, you would use et al. :

For online sources that do have page numbers, provide the title of the webpage after the author for the shortened footnote (if no specified author, the website name):
Smith et al., "The War of 1812."
EWTN, "God and His Providence."
