What to put in a footnote when there is no specified city of publication?
When the text only gives a country of publication (or perhaps not even a country), you simply give "n.p." which indicates the city of publication is not known.
Example:
Jules Verne, Around The World In 80 Days (n.p.: Puffin Books, 2016), 189.
